College of Richard Collyer, Horsham, West Sussex
Collyer’s was founded in 1532 when London merchant and Mercer, Richard Collier specified in his will that a school-house should be built in Horsham for 60 boys.
Today, Collyer’s is a modern and thriving college of almost 2000 students. It is considered one of the very best sixth form colleges in the country with students travelling to study at Collyer’s from across the South East and overseas.
